Heirloom Chocolate began at a small Brisbane market stall, where founder Marcus Allison discovered that nothing compares to real grated chocolate melted with steamed milk. No powders, no shortcuts — just organic, fairly traded chocolate shaved and stirred into something extraordinary.
Today, Heirloom supplies specialty cafes across Australia and is the signature hot chocolate at John Mills Himself. Available in 70% Dark, Dairy Milk, and White — each one organic and crafted for the perfect cup. Simply steam half a cup of grated chocolate with one cup of milk, finish with an extra chocolate sprinkle, and serve at 60°C.
